Workshops
Katie can facilitate workshops in schools or organisations in a variety of areas. Katie was a secondary school teacher for 12 years teaching and examining VCE Drama and Theatre Studies as well as IB Theatre. She specialises in physical theatre, with her work being informed by Viewpoints and the Suzuki Method. Katie has an ardent belief in the strength of the ensemble in performance work and has been contracted to work in tertiary performance schools to work with students specifically in ensemble development.
Katie is open to running workshops in a large range of areas, she has extensive knowledge in devising, working with text, physical performance and acting techniques. She is happy to have conversations with schools and organisations around developing the right workshop or series of workshops for their specific needs. Katie holds a current Working With Children Check.
